Whether you want to do your first pull-up or run long distances without injury, you deserve a program with a purpose and a coach in your corner. And when you think you can’t do it, I’m here to tell you that you can.
"I’ve been training with Nikki for two and a half years now and I think what I appreciate most is her thoughtful and personalized approach to each session.
She concentrates on proper form and technique for every movement, which has made me a better athlete. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and staying healthy and active has become a normal part of my routine thanks to Nikki’s holistic approach to fitness and a healthy lifestyle.”

I offer online coaching and classes. Stay tuned for my online platform!
Yes, I do! In fact, I have my Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification with Core Exercise Solutions (which is a fancy way of saying I’m certified to work with women before, during, and after their pregnancies). I’m an expert at what exercises are and are not recommended for pregnant women, and I’m a pro at modifying whatever we need to, in order to ensure your safety and comfort.
And yes, you absolutely can (and should) continue working out during your pregnancy (as long as you’ve cleared it with your doctor first). Being strong during your pregnancy can result in an easier delivery, and one of my clients told me that her doctors and nurses said everything went so well “because of how strong and in shape I was.” YES, mama!
Our first session together will set the baseline for what’s to come. I’ll want to see how you move and if you have any injuries or movement dysfunctions we should address. I’ll focus on learning about you as a person, what coaching style you like, and what goals you have for our sessions. Think of it as the first building block of our coaching relationships.
All virtual! Our first consultation will be on Zoom, so we can get to know each other better and I can learn your likes, dislikes, and goals. After that, we’ll have weekly check-ins to talk about how you’re feeling and whether anything needs adjusting.
We’ll talk about everything—your current health, how you eat right now, and your likes and dislikes. We’ll also do a quick history of your eating habits and what has and hasn’t worked in the past. The goal is to give me all the information I need so that I can create guidelines that a) meet your health goals, and b) have you eating things you actually enjoy.
Both! I can offer in-person workshops in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, and I can offer virtual workshops via Zoom as well.
Working with Nikki was different right from the start. She always listened to me and encouraged me to listen to my body.”
After 3+ years I can attest that along with her professional approach to helping me achieve my goals, she makes it easy to be motivated.”
working out and strength training gives me the opportunity to take time to be in touch with what I'm feeling in my body and use that as a guide for where I'm at physically and emotionally."
