Where do you coach?

I am an online coach only. I offer quarterly masterclasses, offering 1:1 services, and group coaching cohorts. 

do you offer nutrition only coaching?

I offer 1:1 all-service coaching for personalized, high touch support including programming, nutrition, and recovery. My bi-annual 12 week coaching cohorts provide structure, community, and guidance in a group setting. I also host quarterly, free masterclasses, focused on key topics like nutrition, recovery, and performance. All programs are delivered fully online, so you can access expert support from anywhere. 

what's the difference between 1:1 coaching and the group cohort?

1:1 coaching: A personalized experience focusing entirely on your unique goals, challenges, and progress. Perfect for those who need tailored support and accountability. 

Group cohort: A structured program where you'll join a community of like-minded individuals working towards similar goals. You'll get weekly lessons, group support, and an opportunity to learn from others' experiences. Limited spots available. 

what can I expect when i sign up for your cohort or 1:1 service?

Our first session together will set the baseline for what’s to come. I’ll want to see how you move and if you have any injuries or movement dysfunctions we should address. I’ll focus on learning about you as a person, what coaching style you like, and what goals you have for our sessions. Think of it as the first building block of our coaching relationships.

How do i know if the cohort is the right fit for me?

If you're looking for community support, education, and structure, and you're ready to invest in long term progress, this cohort could be a great fit. If you're still unsure, I'd be happy to chat with you and help determine if it aligns with your goals. 

how long do the coaching programs last? 

All of my coaching programs are 12 weeks long. I've found that 90 days is the perfect amount of time to really get to know you, understand your needs and goals, and start making meaningful, sustainable progress. 

What happens after the 12 week program?

After the initial 12 week program, many clients choose to continue with my monthly loyalty program, which allows us to keep building on your progress with consistent support and adjustments. Think of it as having a coach in your back pocket to guide you, provide continuing education, and keep you moving forward.
